 Ron Bauer has been in private practice as a licensed therapist for over 20 years. He is an expert in human behavior,systems theory, nlp, and professional coaching and modeling practices. Ron has developed the Counseling and Coaching programs for Touro Graduate University where he is now director and trainer for the students, faculty and staff www.tu.edu .He developed the Universities first leadership seminar series (Developing the Leader Within) and is currently creating workshops and seminars as they pertain to team building, counseling and coaching.
